5. I was never able to suspend disbelief that “part of a balanced breakfast” pictured in 1990s cereal commercials with eggs, bacon, a green vegetable, tomatoes, a coffee, juice, glass of water and so on was in any way plausible.

   Well, every bowl of cereal I’ve had my entire life was three to six servings and four or five portions of milk. A balanced breakfast is good, actually (although I’ll pass on the bacon).
