Calculated water numbers while brewing today and my brew house uses about 60 gallons to produce 6 gallons of beer. Most goes to chilling. 😥

Like lots of people I suppose, I think of who I was and what I posted more than a year or two ago to be, on average, a little cringe. More than five years old? A little embarassing. Ten or more years old? A little shameful. On average, of course. So it goes.
