Slipped getting in the shower and dislocated my left shoulder catching myself, stood up and popped it right back in

fifteen years ago i tried indoor roller hockey after not being on blades since high school and immediately (5 minutes into practice) dislocated my knee. this is not nearly as bad. just as dumb tho!
