It has been more than somewhat depressing to join communities lead by people I respected not very little for their professional community advocacy over the past few years only to find that their politics are utterly incoherent

most people’s politics are incoherent, that’s fine, in these cases it’s leaders either silencing meaningful organizing by preventing a politics chat from forming or splintering it and dominating the nominal one
