Last year we gave the the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (NPR, PBS, etc.) 445 million dollars. I know that sounds like a lot of money but it’s .0001179% of federal expenditures last year. As a percentage of the current U.S. population (309 millions), we’d only need to dedicate 36,000 of you to fund CPB. And that’s not even how taxes even work, just back-of-the-napkin shit.
