I’ve disagreed with a few of you on the publication of sex offender registries. I’m finding out about it months old in a magazine, but here is an example of why I don’t believe them to be appropriate.

Like lots of people I suppose, I think of who I was and what I posted more than a year or two ago to be, on average, a little cringe. More than five years old? Pretty embarassing. Ten or more years old? Deeply shameful. On average, of course. So it goes.
