So I want a new guitar. The '93 Mexican Strat (stock) I saved minimum wage dollars to buy used has lasted me almost 10 years. I can afford better.

Last night I tried out two guitars at a local shop:

Like lots of people I suppose, I think of who I was and what I posted more than a year or two ago to be, on average, a little cringe. More than five years old? Pretty embarassing. Ten or more years old? Deeply shameful. On average, of course. So it goes.
