The UDP exploit currently thrashing many internet backbones isn’t really all that interesting, but it makes for interesting graphs…

Update: Microsoft is now using the common name for the vulnerability: Slammer.

Like lots of people I suppose, I think of who I was and what I posted more than a year or two ago to be, on average, a little cringe. More than five years old? Pretty embarassing. Ten or more years old? Deeply shameful. On average, of course. So it goes.
