1. this month the one year old has mastered saying “shh!”, “no-no-no-no-no”, and pretending to snore like I do, as in:

   “Be quiet please, Daddy’s sleeping.”

   “No-no-no!, [snores, laughs, holds one finger to his mouth], shh! shh! No-no-no-no!”
