1. most people’s politics are incoherent, that’s fine, in these cases it’s leaders either silencing meaningful organizing by preventing a politics chat from forming or splintering it and dominating the nominal one

2. it has been more than somewhat depressing to join communities lead by people I respected not very little for their professional community advocacy over the past few years only to find that their politics are utterly incoherent
