2. Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland, and one picture of sheep as we drove away from the Shire, from the Lord of the Rings (which we didn’t actually bother to see on account of it requiring a 2 hour tour). For reference: all liquids (except the sheep) in these photos are boiling or near boiling.

   

   

   

   

   For scale: the crackly stuff on the left of the pond are super unreal sulfur crystals the size of toasters.
