3. it’s fine if everyone has their favorite critique and I think generously we gotta assume they don’t mean “for absolutely all cases” unless they say so but, but hierarchy and centralization are two of many great organizing approaches, I can’t imagine rejecting them outright

4. as a corporate bureaucrat, I find the idea that we will eventually, if we manage the contradictions appropriately, be able to effectively do what my teams and I do in a flat organization, or via some sort of set of shared values, to be utopian
