been craving @LedoPizza@twitter.com lately and there is nothing like it here. apparently they use provolone? whatever they use, i’m not gonna be back east until 2022 probably so here we are. was excellent!

flour tortilla, leftover sicilian sauce, deli sliced provolone (no mozzarella), hand cut pep, pecorino. build in cast iron on a bit of olive oil, broil.
