Bavarian Hefeweizen, looking paler than I’d hoped but tasting fine (pre-carbonation).
Hops over ale cake under a Zythos IPA. Amazing what a few ounces of yeast can do in two weeks. Hopefully it’s still hungry for the barleywine I’m going to dump on it tomorrow.
