4. Treating SIP like i’m some kinda astronaut, mission control (my belt) demanded i add some basic static stuff that i haven’t done in 20 years to the high intensity bicycle trainer stuff i do: pushups, crunches, planks, squats, lunges, etc, yesterday and from now on
