  1. OK, so why would a developer keep building market rate as margins drop? Why would buyers not immediately align with the rest of the owners in opposing more construction? Why conflate property-value motivated “no” with displacement-aversion motivated “no”?

  4. Accidentally’d the whole thing on a botched firmware damned-jumper-pin-and-everything roll back maneuver and because I have a shred of self respect I’m just gonna take the drives and memory out and then throw the entire thing in the trash rather than chase fixing it
