A cool lemon sized bruise has pooled on my arm near the wrist I sprained and it’s taking forever to heal so I showed it to an NP who suggested I try an ace bandage, and, it turns out, the thousands of athletes I’ve seen wearing these things my entire life are on to something

Phew, finished this album cover puzzle. kinda wierd to have soooo mamy extra pieces and empty space around the inside but i don’t do puzzles very often so this might just be how they all are now

Raiders of the lost ark staff gimmick except it turns out the cheap chandelier crystal we knocked off too many times and now have in the window over the door hits my dinner plate every evening now that the sun stays up longer (italian american red sauce w/ hit sausage)
