just got back from three days in Manhattan [NPR foley sample of the white noise of car traffic and honking, and of scaffolding being put up or town down] and had pizza for lunch all three days; Patsy’s in Harlem, Prince Street, and Sofia.
Each was incredible in its own way. Sofia’s slices are so, so thin, but still have that perfect crunchy/soft "wow” that it practically melts in your mouth.
