made three cup last night and mistakenly used rice vinegar instead of rice wine.

given the sauce calls for two parts rice wine to one part soy sauce, this was a real mad-recipe-commentor’s-wildly-innappropriate-substitution, but it was kinda ok? but I also certainly won't do it again.

junior balked immediately after devouring just enough to not be starving anymore and pivoted to desert.
