San Franciscans: The finally opened Farina Pizza at 18th and Valencia just bumped Baretta out of the number three spot in my personal list of local pizza. Give it a try: very traditional, simple pizzas with maybe a smidge more post-oven olive oil than I'm used to, extremely soft, almost underdone crust, ample cheese, mild sauce.
