I'm plowing through [mjr's](http://www.ranum.com) book _The Myth of Homeland Security_ when the end of chapter two does this:

> It's been tried before - attempts to mandate computing standards for secure computing have failed in the past. It's time to stop playing around and start

That's page 30.

Page 31 is the start of chapter 3.

This is more along the lines of noticing that the back of a baseball card was printed upside down than a whine-whine but nonetheless, I briefly googled for an updates-to-my-book page and found nothing. Whine Whine.
